Initiate Your Request
Log into your VOGRACE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in unworn and unwashed condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
