Overview

Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged by the customer.We can only provide replacements if any Damage occurs.

Refunds

Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to process may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ahtesham@acecrafts.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at ahtesham@acecrafts.com with details of the product and the defect.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dehradun road, saharanpur, INDIA (247662)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
